Responsibilites:

Provide technical support:
Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving user problems, and answering IT-related inquiries.

Perform system maintenance:
Help with routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, patches, and backups to ensure optimal performance and security.

Network administration:

Assist the IT team in maintaining network infrastructure, including troubleshooting network connectivity issues and assisting in network equipment installations.

User account management:
Support the creation and management of user accounts, including password resets, access permissions, and account provisioning.

Documentation and reporting:
Contribute to maintaining accurate records, documenting IT procedures, and generating reports as needed.
