Description

Data Entry and Documentation:
Assisting in data entry tasks, updating databases, and maintaining accurate records of various administrative processes.


Scheduling and Calendar Management:
Helping schedule meetings, appointments, and events, and coordinating calendars for team members.


File Management:
Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files, ensuring documents are properly labeled and stored for easy retrieval.


Reception and Front Desk Duties:
Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.


Assisting in Event Planning:
Contributing to the planning and coordination of company events, meetings, and workshops.


Office Supplies Management:
Monitoring office supplies and reordering when necessary to ensure smooth operations.


Assisting HR Functions:
Supporting HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, preparing documents, and maintaining employee records.


Assisting in Financial Tasks:
Assisting with basic financial tasks such as preparing invoices, expense reports, and reconciling receipts.

Internship

Contract length: 2-3 months

From ₹5,000.00 per month
