What You'll Achieve:

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Executive.

Executive involves managing the financial aspects of customer interactions, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and maintaining compliance with tax regulations.

Effective communication, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of financial processes are essential for success in this role.


You will:


  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive quotations for products or services based on customer requirements.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure they have received and reviewed the quotation. Address any questions or concerns they may have, providing necessary explanations to facilitate their decisionmaking process.
  • Consult with senior management or team leaders to discuss and finalize any changes or adjustments required in the quotation. Incorporate feedback and revisions to align with company policies and pricing guidelines.
  • Create invoices promptly and accurately based on the agreedupon terms and services/products provided. Ensure invoices are clear, detailed, and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Monitor outstanding invoices and proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely and complete payments. Address any payment discrepancies or issues and provide necessary documentation upon request.
  • Regularly reconcile financial records, including invoices and payments, to ensure accuracy and consistency. Identify and resolve discrepancies between internal records and customer accounts.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records for Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and Goods and Services Tax (GST) transactions. Calculate and record the appropriate tax amounts, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
  • Collaborate with the finance or taxation department to facilitate the timely filing of TDS and GST returns. Ensure all required documentation is submitted accurately and within the stipulated deadlines.
  • Maintain organized and uptodate documentation related to quotations, invoices, payment receipts, and tax records. This includes both physical and digital records as per company policies.
  • Maintain open and clear communication with customers regarding their financial transactions, payments, and any related inquiries. Provide exceptional customer service to address concerns and maintain positive relationships.
  • Generate regular reports summarizing the status of outstanding payments, invoice history, and tax liabilities. Share these reports with relevant stakeholders to support decisionmaking and financial planning.

Essential Requirements:


  • Meticulous in reviewing and preparing financial documents to ensure accuracy and minimize errors.
  • Proficiency in using advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, INDEX-MATCH, and data manipulation techniques to streamline data processing and reporting.
  • Keep track of various financial documents, records, and correspondence while maintaining an organized filing system.
  • Dedication to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients during payment discussions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments, especially when coordinating changes in quotations or addressing taxrelated matters.
  • Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations, reconciliations, and taxrelated computations.
  • Familiarity with Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations, rates, and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations and company policies, particularly in areas such as tax preparation and reporting.
  • Willingness to stay updated on changes in tax laws, accounting practices, and software tools used in the field.
