    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Leadthe development and execution of creative projects ensuring theymeet the brief budget andtimeline.
    • Collaborate withclients understanding their vision and objectives and translatingthese into executableprojects.
    • Coordinate withdirectors cinematographers editors and other production staff toensure a seamless productionprocess.
    • Manage scriptdevelopment location scouting casting and postproductionprocesses.
    • Drive creativebrainstorming sessions and ensure the creative team has theresources and direction needed for innovativeoutput.
    • Maintain uptodateknowledge of industry trends and technologies to keep Urban Talkiesat the forefront of digital mediaproduction.
    • Ability to leadby example.
    • A solidunderstanding of production processes andworkflows.
    • Demonstrate athorough understanding of video execution andideation.
    • Strategic thinkingand negotiationskills
    • Excellentcommunication and coordination skills to execute work with teammembers and otherdepartments.
    • Professionalapproach to creativity time costs anddeadline.
    • Introduce newconcepts and ideas that may align with brand initiatives ofprojects.

    Requirements:

    • Anexperience of 1 to 4 years in a Production House or a CreativeAgency handling endtoend videography photography and editprojects.
    • A Bachelors degreein Film Media Production or a related field. Masters degree is aplus.
    • Proven experience as aCreative Producer or in a similar creative role in video productionor digitalmedia.
    • Exceptionalorganizational and project management skills with the ability tomanage multiple projectssimultaneously.
    • Strongcreative vision with an excellent sense of storytelling andnarrativedevelopment.
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaboratewith teams andclients.
    • Ability to workunder pressure and meet tightdeadlines.
    • Inoffice role Candidates expected to work from office45days.
    • LocationShivalik New Delhi (NearSaket)

    Incentives:
