Job Role and responsibility

To call aspirants before & after they get placed.
To counsel the aspirants from the start of their job till the aspirants complete at least 1 year in the job. This could be over - 6 telephonic contacts.
To stay connected with the aspirants and handhold them for the ups & downs of their career path.
To re-connect with aspirants who lose their job and liaise with the placements team to find an alternate best-suited job for the aspirants.

Aspirant segment

The Counsellors will counsel all the aspirants placed and self placed for Customer Relation & Sales (CRS), Hospitality (HSPT), Banking Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI), Multi Skill Technician (MST), and General Duty Assistant (GDA) domain.

Salary:
Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
