**Job Description: We are seeking an Engineering Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality software products which involves building as well as working with vendors to manage deliveries. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met and lead the team through the software development life cycle. Additionally, you will be responsible for hiring and mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Desired Technical skills:

Tomcat, Jboss
UNIX/Linux (Commands, etc.)
Java 1.8 or equivalent.
Oracle, SQL and PLSQL
MongoDB
Azure DevOps (On Premise and Cloud Hosted Servers).

Functional skills:

Minimum of 8 years of related work experience.
Coordinate activities of Release Engineers to automate the setup and configuration of environments
Having experience of Support and implementation in banking domain
Coordinating with vendor for project enhancement
