Responsibilities:


  • Controlling the line to meet the desired output
  • Meeting daily target qualitatively and safely
  • Monitor hourly performance of the line and display the all line performances on visual board
  • Preparing line related documents like reconciliation, codification, man hr, Log book.
  • Line balancing based on needs
  • Should have basic knowledge of machine operation with technical, quality and safety features
  • Coordinate with technicians and motivate machine operators for autonomous maintenance
  • Maintaining 5S of the line
  • Stock balancing and inventory accuracy of the line

Required Skills:


  • Good communication and reporting skill.
  • Filling line, packing line, assembly line, formulation, SAP, Inventory management Manpower handling, production planning, SOP, 5S, Problem Solving, PDCA, Six Sigma, Cycle Time

Required Qualification:

  • B.E/B.Tech
