ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Determining facility and equipment specifications.
Evaluating operational systems and facility infrastructure to ascertain and improve operational efficiencies.
Developing processing plans and optimizing resource allocation.
Planning and coordinating infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedules and activities.
Coordinating and overseeing contractors performing maintenance activities.
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.
Preparing reports and compliance documentation.
Support facilities engineering and technically assist plant in areas of installation, startup, repair, training, and modification on power transmission.
Manage and assist distribution and generation equipment and systems performance.
Assist Facility HOD in installation, repair, maintenance, and alteration of production support machineries, equipments and building.
Manage PM work for production support machineries, revise routine facilities inspection and execute corrective measure as required.
Perform and maintain facilities building services.
Conduct analysis and propose procurement of facilities services.
Recommend solution and prepare relevant reports to ensure proper selection of outsourced services.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Design and oversee the construction of new facilities, ensuring they are functional, efficient, and safe.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all facilities and equipment.
Manage and supervise facility maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.
Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and sustainability and implement solutions as appropriate.
Work with other departments to identify and prioritize facilityrelated projects and allocate resources accordingly.
Ensure that all facilities are equipped with necessary safety equipment and that staff is trained to use it.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, as well as expenses.
Supervise the maintenance of production and electrical equipment.
Maintain the facilities maintenance schedule.
Perform and supervise maintenance related repairs.
Maintain equipment and supplies to ensure safe operation of the facility.
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment.
Ensure all equipment is properly maintained.
Review daily work orders and provide reports.
Lead, train and supervise maintenance workers.
