Job Description- To handle inbound customer (B2C) tickets.
- Preparation of effective reports.
- Handling critical customer complaints.
- Should have knowledge of MS Excel.
- Should have decent communication skills.
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,092.04 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Make reports: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer care inbound: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
