    JOB DESCRIPTION
  • BTech or equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline
  • 8+ years of industry experience as a SDET/SET/QA Engineer Passionate about Quality Standards
  • Should have mentored and led a team of 4-10 QA Engineers
  • Responsible for leading a skilled, cross functional team following agile principles for software development in enhancing platform and product features for best in class quality, scalability and high performance deliveries
  • Must have at least 2+years of Manual testing lead experience
  • Experienced Test Engineer with a strong hands-on in creating Test Plans, Strategy,Test design, Test cases, with extensive experience in Manual, System and Functional Testing
  • Having strong Integration testing experience
  • Should be able to handle multiple teams and projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with QA Best Practices in relation to Agile methodologies, tools and processes
  • Knowledge of testing various Web/CRM/Mobile applications
  • Having experience in any test management tool (preferably Azure DevOps)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to drive features to delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and people skills.
