Responsibilities of Collections Team Lead
- To achieve collection targets of the Respective Branch assigned.
- Identify telecallers / agents who are lagging in their current performance.
- Review PTP cases.
- Help telecallers / agents who are lagging to improve their performance.
- Identify any portfolio specific frauds / disputes, discrepancies, gaps and update their managers / supervisors, cross functional teams portfolio / growth/ data science, third party stakeholders teams and have it resolved / corrected.
- Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates
- Ensure that there is adequate Feet on Street availability areawise /bucketwise/ segmentwise and obtain daily updates from all collection executives on delinquent portfolio initiate detailed account level review of highticket accounts
- Building, coaching and mentoring the team; identifying team goals and evaluating team progress.
- Engage with recovery agencies, monitor effectiveness closely and ensure high collection efficiency
Salary:
₹500, ₹700,000.00 per year
