TDI allocations reporting
Infrastructure Finance is currently hiring for an AVP /Associate role in the Driver Based Cost Management (DBCM) team.

The DBCM programme is a Key Deliverable (KD) and mandated by the DB Group Management Board to redesign, simplify and automate DB's business segment and legal entity allocations processes.

You will be joining a new high-profile team.

Streamlined allocations process will increase infrastructure cost transparency, make Finance more efficient, enable cost management through identification of process efficiency improvements, and demand reduction opportunities.

The DBCM allocation methodology has become a critical tool for the group planning process, monthly infrastructure cost allocation bookings and for generating valuable Management Information (MI) and insights to enable the Bank to reach its ambitious cost targets.

This effort is a top priority for DB Group Chief Financial Officer and has a high profile across the group.

Your key responsibilities:

Designing and creating static and dynamic reporting tools to facilitate planning and regular performance management of infrastructure costs.
Partnering with Finance IT to design and develop reporting tools.
Test implementation of the designed reports in close cooperation with Finance IT
Preparing and analyzing actuals reporting for Infrastructure cost allocations and addressing queries on the same
Support Business ad hoc analysis and use cases by sourcing relevant MI and performing analytical review and messaging.
Supporting the Data Capture team with their reporting requirements during the allocations signoff process
Analyzing DBCM / TDI allocation data to identify cost opportunities
Facilitating interlocks and other business interactions
Defining business requirements and liaising with Finance IT on implementation of ideas raised
Carry out process improvements and automation across DBCM and associated / dependent processes.

Your skills and experience

CA / MBA (Finance) with 35 years of relevant work experience (Financial Services industry experience preferred)
Understanding of cost allocation process ( DBCM / TDI ) is preferable not mandatory
Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management; ability to tune approach to role and seniority of communication recipient
Strong analytical and quantitative skills to understand concepts and efficiently assess current processes and make sense of numbers
Strategic thinking and structured problemsolving skills in order to translate business concepts/needs into clear management communication and requirements for IT implementation partners.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
