Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualization and Design:

Develop creative and innovative architectural concepts that align with client objectives, project requirements, and budget constraints.
Generate detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using computeraided design (CAD) software.
Incorporate sustainable design principles and best practices into architectural solutions.

Client Collaboration:

Consult with clients to understand their vision, goals, and functional requirements for architectural projects.
Present design concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the design and construction phases to ensure alignment with expectations.

Technical Expertise:

Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards in all architectural designs.
Conduct site visits and assessments to gather data, assess existing conditions, and identify potential design constraints.
Coordinate with structural engineers, contractors, and other professionals to address technical issues and ensure design feasibility.

Project Management:

Manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and budgets.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions to mitigate challenges.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve conflicts and ensure successful project outcomes.

Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare comprehensive architectural documentation, including drawings, specifications, and project reports.
Maintain accurate records of project milestones, approvals, and communications.
Review and analyze project specifications and contracts to ensure compliance and minimize discrepancies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Proficiency in computeraided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
Strong design sensibility and the ability to translate conceptual ideas into practical architectural solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to clients and project teams.
Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
Proven ability to manage architectural projects from concept to completion, including budgeting and scheduling.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
