Position Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Perform venipuncture on patients using appropriate techniques, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the procedure.
  • Verify patient identities and accurately label blood samples to prevent errors in processing.
  • Follow established protocols and procedures for collecting, handling, and transporting specimens to the laboratory.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of phlebotomy equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with infection control standards.
  • Educate patients about the phlebotomy process, including any necessary preparations or precautions.
  • Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a courteous and respectful manner, providing clear explanations as needed.

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
