About the Role:
We are looking for a
Highly Motivated Accounts Head, and help us with managing finance and accounts end-to-end.

This is your opportunity to become a part of India's healthcare revolution, work deeply with the healthcare ecosystem, and save lives.

The role would involve working closely with the COO and company CA.

Please note:
This is a full-time role. We're not considering any consultants, part-timers, agencies, etc.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

Preparing & Maintaining Accounts
Generating MIS
GST filings
Maintain ledger/journal for audits
Purchase Order & Sales order generation
Invoicing
Reconciliation
Expense Management
Complete tax & compliance adherence
Managing Inward / Outward remittance
23 year Experience
Knowledge & Experience in Accounting
Knowledge of Taxes like TDS, PF, PT, GST, etc.
Experience in handling Statutory Audits and Due Diligence
Experience in handling Banking transactions and relationships with bankers.
Ability to network well within the team and other support functions.
Ability to prioritize deliverables effectively and ensure accurate and timely delivery within multiple deadlines.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to manage time effectively.
Ability to work effectively in a team whilst also being able to work independently when required.
Experience in procurement and negotiation would be a bonus.
