- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with POS systems.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service:
Greet customers as they enter the showroom and assist them in finding products or answering questions.
Product Knowledge:
Have a deep understanding of the products or services offered in the showroom. Provide detailed information, features, and benefits to customers.
Sales:
Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Recommend products or services that best meet their requirements and guide them through the buying process.
Demonstrations:
Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to showcase the features and benefits of products, if applicable.
Inventory Management:
Keep track of showroom inventory, restock shelves, and maintain a clean and organized sales environment.
Sales Targets:
Work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the company.
Point of Sale (POS): Operate the cash register or POS system accurately for sales transactions, process payments, and issue receipts.
Customer Follow-Up:
Follow up with customers after their visit to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns, and encourage repeat business.
Product Returns and Exchanges:
Handle product returns or exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
Merchandising:
Assist with product merchandising, including creating appealing displays and arranging products to attract customer attention.
Documentation:
Maintain sales records, customer information, and other relevant documentation as required by the company.
Product Training:
Stay updated on new product releases and industry trends through training provided by the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous retail sales experience is often preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the products or services being sold.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with POS systems.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
