To record and maintain the Customer Feedback Form on daily basis
Responsibilities and Duties
- Vehicle Service Booking
- Remainder Calls & PSF Calls
- Nil Customer Grievances
- Adherence to Timelines
- Lost Customer retention
Key Skills
verbal communication, proactive, good listening skills
Required Experience and Qualifications
2 to 3 years of experience as customer care/ Telecalling
Any Bachelor's Degree

Pay:
₹13, ₹20,000.00 per month
