Experience:
At Least 2 Years Experience as DCDP/CDP Currently Working in Bangalore City.

Cuisine Specialization :
Biryani, Indian Curry, Chinese.


Roles, Responsibility & Skills:

  • Strong Cooking Skills in Indian/Chinese Cuisines.
  • Work according to the menu specifications by the Area Chef.
  • Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes, and preparation techniques.
  • Follow and maintain cleanliness and good hygiene practices in the kitchen
  • Coordinate and participate with other Departments of requirements (Stores Indents, Purchase).
  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, motivating, and coaching employees serve as a role model.
  • Strong Communication Skills in Hindi(Speaking).
  • Expected Communication skills in Basic English(Write & Read) /Basic Kannada(Speaking).

Pay:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
