Experience:
At Least 2 Years Experience as DCDP/CDP Currently Working in Bangalore City.
Cuisine Specialization :
Biryani, Indian Curry, Chinese.
Roles, Responsibility & Skills:
- Strong Cooking Skills in Indian/Chinese Cuisines.
- Work according to the menu specifications by the Area Chef.
- Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes, and preparation techniques.
- Follow and maintain cleanliness and good hygiene practices in the kitchen
- Coordinate and participate with other Departments of requirements (Stores Indents, Purchase).
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, motivating, and coaching employees serve as a role model.
- Strong Communication Skills in Hindi(Speaking).
- Expected Communication skills in Basic English(Write & Read) /Basic Kannada(Speaking).
Pay:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
