Hiring For Semi Qualified CS / CS fresher / Bangalore

Role Name :
Exectuive - Compliance & Commercial


Reports to :
Head of Finance & Control


Secretarial Compliance : 50%

  • Preparation of Minutes of General Meetings, Board Meeting and other Meeting
  • Preparation of Annual Returns documents and Annual return filing.
  • Incorporation of Private Limited Company, LLP, AOP, Trust & Section 8 Company on need basis
for Pearltri Group.

  • Issue of shares, share split and Transfer of shares and its Dematerialisation,
  • Appointment and removal of Director.
  • Reply and handling of notices issued by ROC.
  • Creation of Charge, Closure of charge, Condonation of Delay of Charge.
  • Compounding and Condonation of delay under various sections of Companies Act.
  • Inspection of public documents of companies filed with ROC through MCA portal.
  • Alteration of Share capital, alteration of Memorandum & Articles of Association Companies.
  • Periodical updation of register of members, debenture holders, register of Charges, register of
Directors, register of loans and Investments and other applicable statutory registers of the Company and its subsidiaries.

  • Maintenance of allOther statutory registers under the Companies Act.
  • Safe keep of company seal, licenses, corporate registers, board/shareholders Minutes
  • Filing of any other ROC forms.
  • RBI compliances FCGPR, FCTRS, FLA reporting, ODI, Downstream Investment reportingetc., and
the likes


Coordinating with banks, debenture trustees, internal teams, consultants and other stakeholders for collating necessary information, execution of documents, submission of reports, returns and other compliance matters.


  • Such other duties and may be assigned from time to time.

General Compliance & Finance Analytics : 50%

  • GST, MSME etc., registrations
  • Vetting of New Lease Agreements and advise on potential exposure before sign off.
  • Enabling renewal of Lease Agreeements of expiring leases without causing any ambiguity on definitions, clauses and covenants.
  • Registration for Licenses like FSSAI, Trade Licence, Trademark, Professional Tax, etc., and the like
  • Finance Operational Analytics and provide insights to Management for Operational Excellence
  • Contribute to Monthly MIS.
  • Take Part in Finance Implementation Projects.
  • Such other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Pay:
₹21, ₹25,000.00 per month
