Panache Greentech Solutions Pvt Ltd are the champions of Cool Surfaces - The high SRI coatings for Roofs & Non-Roof areas - Walls, roads, cycle tracks, Pavements & tanks, etc.

These " High SRI Coatings '' are products to deliver "Cool without AC buildings".

These Coatings do not let the roofs, walls, or any structure get heated up, thus keeping them cool compared to non-coated structures.

The other range of products of expertise includes Thermal Insulation & Waterproofing products.


Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Learn and adhere to quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.
  • Conduct visual inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to identify any defects, imperfections, or deviations from quality requirements.
  • Assist in performing dimensional inspections using basic measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product dimensions and tolerances.
  • Learn to perform functional and performance tests on products to assess their reliability, functionality, and performance characteristics.
  • Record inspection results, test data, and any nonconformities detected accurately and maintain detailed records for traceability and analysis.
  • Collaborate with experienced Quality Control Inspectors and production personnel to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Support the enforcement of compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge of quality control principles, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of quality control processes and procedures to enhance overall product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that equipment and tools are properly calibrated and maintained.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in quality control or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Relevant experience is necessary
  • A basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work under mínimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all safety protocols.
