Ø Installing and troubleshooting Windows 7, 8, 10

Ø Installing knowledge of Windows server 2012, 2016, 2019,

Ø Any Desk, MS Teams, MSTSC, MSRA

Ø Adding & Deleting users, groups, Changing Groups & Ownership


Ø Networking Protocols:
- Ø TCP, UDP, TELNET, SMTP, POP3, IMAP, HTTP&HTTPs, DHCP, DNS

Ø Printer Support:

  • installing and troubleshooting of printers (HP, Canon, Epson, ILARIS,)
Ø PC Maintenance, Desktop and Laptop Support, Remote Support

Ø Hardware installation and its troubleshooting

Ø LAN Configuration, Knowledge on computer networking, OSI and TCP/IP

Ø Data Backup Management

Ø Installing Software/Applications to User standards & Driver Installation

Ø Configuration of outlook, Teams, OneDrive and troubleshooting its issues

Ø Asset Cycle Management

Ø Knowledge of Switch and Router and its uses

Ø Move to SLAM by use of Active directory
