Objectives of this Role:


  • Crucial understanding and determination of selection criteria
  • Assist Talent Acquisition Specialists with add hoc work related to screening, shortlisting and ATS Management.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify the staffing needs and then to understand the recruitment process.
  • Sorting data and data management.

Skills and Qualifications:

year of recruitment experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume database and professional networks
  • Basic understanding about recruitment and willing to learn
  • Understanding of ATS is optional.
  • A keen understanding between various roles and departments within organisations.
