Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers in the retail sector for Polymer/Alloy products.
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.

Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales specifically within the alloys retail industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within designated territory.

Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
