Credit Controller - Silchar, India - Partha Traders
Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage credit control operations for retail trading transactions.
- Evaluate credit risks and establish credit limits for customers.
- Monitor overdue accounts and implement appropriate collection strategies.
- Liaise with sales and finance teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Prepare periodic reports on credit status and collections performance.
- Negotiate payment plans with delinquent customers when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment details.
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in credit control within the trading retail industry.
- Strong understanding of credit risk assessment and mitigation techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy.
Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
