Experience: 0-3 years


Qualification:
Any Graduate

Should have strong communication skills including any regional language.


Job description:

  • Counseling parents or students and informing them about various career options available in the University after class 12th or Graduation.
  • Maintaining the record of conversations on provided CRM.
  • Develop innovative communication strategies and enrollment plans in coordination with senior management to attract and enroll more students.
  • Handling End to the End admission process and facilitating the entire enrollment process.
  • Resolving queries of students and their parents related to the course, University, and admission process.
  • 03 years of Experience in admission counseling
  • Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills. Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Should be able to work on Software / Technology used in Company for lead management/CRM.
