Position - Accounting & Purchasing Specialist

Week Offs:


  • 2 days fixed Week Offs during Winter
  • 1 day fixed Week Off during Summer due to high demand (As per US Calendar and business requirements)

Shift Timing:


  • US Shift
During Winter: 8 AM to 5 PM CST (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST)
During Summer: 7 AM to 5 PM CST (6:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST) (As per US Time Zone, depending upon business requirements and Daylight Saving)


Position Overview:

This position is based at our office in Mohali, Punjab.


Key Responsibilities:


Accounting:

  • Maintain and manage the company's chart of accounts.
  • Perform daytoday bookkeeping, including data entry and reconciliations.
  • Utilize QuickBooks Online to manage financial records and transactions.
  • Generate accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
  • Identify costsaving opportunities and areas for improved financial performance.
  • Collaborate with management to provide insights into financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Purchasing:

  • Oversee all purchasing activities, including sourcing parts and equipment.
  • Establish relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Compare prices, terms, and delivery options to secure costeffective deals.
  • Coordinate with the service and maintenance teams to ensure timely procurement.
  • Maintain accurate records of all purchases and expenses.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to optimize purchasing processes.
  • Assess inventory needs and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Provide reporting on purchasing trends and costsaving measures

₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
