Job Title:
Operations Executive - Business Centres (2+ Years of Experience)


Key Responsibilities:


Facilities Management:


  • Oversee the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the business centre's facilities and common areas.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance requests, and vendor services as needed.
  • Ensure a safe and comfortable working environment for clients.

Client Services:


  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with client onboarding and moveins, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Foster positive client relationships and proactively anticipate their needs.

Space Utilization:


  • Manage office space allocation and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
  • Coordinate office moves and set up workspaces for new clients.

Administrative Support:


  • Assist in the preparation of contracts, agreements, and invoices for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client information and agreements.
  • Handle billing and collection of payments.

Event Coordination:


  • Plan and execute events, workshops, and networking sessions to enhance the business centre's community and engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and client relations teams to promote events and activities.

Health and Safety Compliance:


  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and emergency protocols.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and address any concerns.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management within business centres, coworking spaces, or hospitality.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software and facility management tools.
  • Problemsolving abilities to address operational challenges.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a professional environment.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work occasional evenings or weekends.

Pay:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
