***This role will be acting as an EA to India EHS Manager and Director Construction India and will be responsible for handling day to day activities

DIMENSIONS:

Providing overall administrative

and safety

support to

India EHS Manager and Director Construction

India.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
This position is accountable for the following end results:

Responsible for filling up different forms required for Business purposes.
Supporting in various activities for onboarding and during exits of employees.
Coordinating for travel and responsible for the reimbursement of expenses in Concur.
Hands on experience on Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Power point).
Verification and coordination related to various travel accessories (CC/Visa)
Calendar Management and overall office administration activities.
Excellent communication skills with fair understanding about Outlook
Flexible with the working schedules and ready to extend the support based on the

business needs.

Should have experience in managing / assisting leadership

Support in EHS activities

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

812 years of Exp in Secretarial and have experience on travel management, coordination between different department.
Diploma in Industrial safety or any other qualification related to safety would be desirable.
Must have good written and verbal communication skills and handson MS-Office.
Flexible to work as per the business requirements. Supporting leader in different time zones
Any graduate from recognized university
