Education:
- ITI / CIPET / Diploma / NTTF in Plastics Mold Making
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in plastic injection and blow mould/die maintenance
Job Profile:
- Relevant experience in handling and maintenance of plastic injection moulds/dies and extrusion blow moulds
- Sound knowledge in the hot runner and cold runner moulds/dies, spare parts knowledge, and maintenance
- Good in ERP documentation
- Good coordination with other departments
- Good proficiency in English language (speaking, reading, and writing), report preparation, etc.
- Knowledge of 5S, TPM, quality systems, ISO 9000, ERP, and computer systems is mandatory
Responsibilities:
- Perform mold maintenance and repairs
- Set up and operate mold machines
- Troubleshoot mold problems
- Maintain mold records and documentation
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production
- Train new employees on mold maintenance and operation
