Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
Assist clients with buying, selling, or renting properties by providing guidance, conducting property tours, and facilitating negotiations.

Sales and Marketing:

Prospect for new clients through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and online platforms.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or renters.
Coordinate and participate in open houses and other marketing events to showcase properties to prospective clients.

Transaction Management:

Manage the transaction process from start to finish, including drafting contracts, negotiating terms, and coordinating inspections and appraisals.
Ensure all paperwork and documentation are accurate and submitted in a timely manner to facilitate smooth transactions.

Market Research and Analysis:

Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive listings in the local real estate market.
Conduct comparative market analysis to help clients make informed decisions about pricing and offers.

Customer Service and Follow-Up:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.
Follow up with clients regularly to keep them informed about market updates, new listings, and potential opportunities.
