- Organize classroom lectures and coursework
- Prepare materials and activities
- Identify students with special requirements and create individualized plans
- Keep a record of students' attendance and grades
- Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to foster a good student experience
- To follow Junior College and curriculum guidelines.
- To plan and prepare courses in accordance with the needs, interests, and existing knowledge of the students.
- To prepare lesson plans in accordance with Junior College policy
- To mark and grade student assessment work and to record their progress in an appropriate manner and in a timely fashion.
- To maintain order, discipline, and respect for others among students.
