Job Description:

As a Web Designer and Developer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional websites while also ensuring that they are deployed and made live on the internet.

Your role will encompass both the design and technical aspects of web development, and you will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other team members to bring web projects to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Design:
Create visually engaging website layouts and user interfaces.
Design graphics, images, and other visual elements to enhance the website's aesthetic appeal.
Ensure a user-friendly and responsive design that adapts to various devices and screen sizes.
Select appropriate color schemes, typography, and branding elements to maintain consistency and a professional look.

Front-end Development:Write HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement the designed web layouts.
Optimize website performance for faster loading times and smooth user experience.
Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure compatibility.

Back-end Development (optional):If you have back-end development skills, you may be responsible for setting up the server, database, and scripting for dynamic web functionality.

Content Management:
Add, edit, and organize content on the website.
Ensure content is up-to-date and accurate.

Website Deployment:
Choose a web hosting provider and set up the server environment.
Configure domain settings and ensure domain name registration.
Upload website files to the server and manage the deployment process.
Perform troubleshooting and debugging to resolve any deployment issues.

Security and Maintenance:
Implement security measures to protect the website from potential threats.
Regularly update and maintain the website to fix bugs and vulnerabilities.

Client Communication:
Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress.
Offer guidance and recommendations on design and functionality.

Testing and Quality Assurance:
Test websites for functionality, performance, and compatibility.
Address any issues or bugs identified during testing.

Documentation:
Maintain detailed documentation of the website's design, development, and deployment process.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in web design and development.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
Knowledge of responsive web design principles.
Familiarity with web hosting, domain management, and server deployment.
Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
Creativity and an eye for detail.
Optional: Backend development skills, including knowledge of programming languages like PHP, Python, or Ruby.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,408.56 per month
