Position:
Expert Telecaller - Career Counselor (Sales of Courses) at Brain Infinity

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote Brain Infinity's courses and programs in career counseling and skill development.
Engage with prospects to understand their career goals, interests, and educational background.
Provide personalized counseling to recommend suitable courses and programs that align with the prospect's needs and aspirations.
Explain the features, benefits, and outcomes of Brain Infinity's courses, addressing any questions or concerns raised by prospects.
Utilize persuasive sales techniques to encourage prospects to enroll in courses and make informed decisions about their educational and career advancement.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet individual and team sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position Brain Infinity's courses in the market.
Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies, marketing materials, and course offerings.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in the education or training industry.
Strong communication skills with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects over the phone.
Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and quotas.
