Job Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as a central point of contact for customer supportrelated activities.
  • Coordinate support efforts to address customer issues and inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with support teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain clear and open communication channels between project teams, support teams, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure effective planning, execution, and completion of projects.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among project and support team members to enhance productivity.
  • Document project and support processes, ensuring that all relevant information is readily available to team members.
  • Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during project execution or customer support activities.
  • Proven 2 to 4 years of experience in support and project coordination role.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in any field.
  • Good communication skills for effective collaboration and client interactions.
  • Problemsolving ability to address challenges during system implementation.
  • Team collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues.
  • Customer service orientation for addressing customers' needs and ensuring satisfaction.
