Description

Sales Trainer as follows:
Responsible for Training on Insurance Product and Process of the new joinees.

Identifying the gaps in skill and knowledge of the on floor team

Monitor performance metrics (Pipeline generated, call quality, product knowledge etc)

Generate and share reports about team performance

Pep up and motivate the team members daily to deliver quality sales

Creating training content and delivering the content

Provide on floor assistance to the sales team


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹300, ₹350,000.00 per year
