Description

Monitor the PCS Dashboards and identify breaches, work with respective stakeholders to to ensure it doesn't breach the defined control limits

Follow up the completion of corrective action

Follow up closely with City Operations / CCs' for to ensure 100% compliance

Drive service delivery alignment with KPI

Alert users on discrepancies & escalate recurring issues to management

Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned

Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to timely escalate (Should know what to escalate & what to keep)

Gather data and analyse data to arrive at actionable insights

Ensure complete documentation of all activities/ escalations undertaken with respect to the ticket in the case log

Drive control on upper & lower limit agendas on defined business & ops metrics

Adhere to the Process defined on both Operations and internal quality legend

Work towards providing an excellent customer experience by going that extra mile on every interaction
