we have around 110 Staffs, Our corporate office is in Chennai and manufacturing unit in Coimbatore.


  • One point contact for all enquiries
  • Enquiry number to be created
  • All enquiries must be monitored and updated in CRM everyday evening to the heads.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls between in office hours
  • Calling customers and understanding the issues before the engineers visit
  • Inform the concerned person about the customer and internal inquiry and get the appropriate feedback and reply to the customer and internal colleagues.
  • Engineers ticket to be booked.
  • Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
  • Monitoring service department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers and the internal sales team.
  • Reports to be submitted daily, weekly, and monthly to the hand.
  • Payment follow-up
