Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Implementation:


  • Execute the company's sales strategy within the assigned geographic area to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors within the area.

Customer Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers within the area.
  • Identify and prospect new clients, understanding their plywood needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular visits and communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.

Sales Targets and Performance Metrics:

  • Set and achieve sales targets for the designated area.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team.

Product Knowledge and Training:


  • Conduct product presentations and training sessions for clients and sales team members.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product innovations, and competitive offerings.

Negotiation and Deal Closure:


  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and agreements.
  • Work closely with the pricing team to ensure competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
  • Efficiently close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:


  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns for the area.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market feedback.
  • Work closely with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely product delivery.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a successful Sales Executive in the plywood or building materials industry.
  • Strong understanding of plywood products, manufacturing processes, and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Resultsdriven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned area.
