Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Implementation:
- Execute the company's sales strategy within the assigned geographic area to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to capitalize on market opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors within the area.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers within the area.
- Identify and prospect new clients, understanding their plywood needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular visits and communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
Sales Targets and Performance Metrics:
- Set and achieve sales targets for the designated area.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team.
Product Knowledge and Training:
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for clients and sales team members.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product innovations, and competitive offerings.
Negotiation and Deal Closure:
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and agreements.
- Work closely with the pricing team to ensure competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
- Efficiently close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns for the area.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market feedback.
- Work closely with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely product delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a successful Sales Executive in the plywood or building materials industry.
- Strong understanding of plywood products, manufacturing processes, and industry dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Resultsdriven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to travel within the assigned area.
