Key Responsibilities:
Resolving customer issues promptly and professionally within the given TAT.
Providing product information and assistance.
Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers.
Coordinating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused mindset.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Previous experience in customer support is an advantage.
Familiarity with Magento/ Meta/ Uniware/ or any other software is a plus.
Basic Knowledge of MS Excel.
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
