    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and recruit highquality advisors to build a robust advisor base.
    • Provide guidance and assistance to advisors in lead generation, prospecting, and business development activities.
    • Ensure that advisors offer appropriate financial solutions to customers based on comprehensive need analysis and adhere to prescribed business processes and norms.
    • Achieve monthly business targets for generating new business and advisor recruitment.
    • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for advisors to enhance their skills and knowledge.

    Minimum Requirements:
    Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in sales.

    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
