We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Executives to join our team in Navi Mumbai for multiple process.
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers.Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and assist them with their queries related to banking products and services
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up on customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Meet targets for call handling, customer satisfaction and other performance metrics
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support role, preferably in banking or financial services industry
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali
- Good knowledge of banking products and services
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Graduation in any discipline

Salary:
