We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Executives to join our team in Navi Mumbai for multiple process.

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and assist them with their queries related to banking products and services
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
  • Meet targets for call handling, customer satisfaction and other performance metrics

Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support role, preferably in banking or financial services industry
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali
  • Good knowledge of banking products and services
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
  • Graduation in any discipline

Salary:
₹16, ₹21,000.00 per month
