Description
Greeting and escorting guests to their tables- Managing reservations
- Having a good knowledge of the menu and presentation standards
- Making menu recommendations and suggesting additional options
- Serving food and beverages to guests
- Presenting the bill to guests
- Timing dishes to maximize the dining experience
- Addressing guest complaints and requests
- Preparing and presenting food in front of guests
- Providing gueridon service, which involves preparing, presenting, and finishing dishes tableside
