Role Overview:

Key Resposibilities:

Lead the implementation of comprehensive testing tools and procedures to achieve maximum automation
Analyze and investigate the test results and findings, root cause analysis, coordinating with development team
Manage the governance and processes allowing to design and validate the test cases, efforts estimations, planning and potential risks
Provide official signoff for features and projects
Contribute to the selection and hiring of QC team members

Adapt and iterate quickly based on user feedback and metrics

Skills and Competencies:

Well versed with Agile Software Development and Management methods (user stories, iterative development, continuous integration, continuous delivery, shared ownership, testdriven development, etc.) and should have the ability to excel within an Agile environment.
Handson with an automation framework like Selenium or Appium or Robot Framework
Well versed with a tool like Postman to test API endpoints
Exposure with RDBMS (preferably MySQL) and should be able to frame queries of medium to high complexity
Proficient in a scripting language (preferably Python)
Should progress over perfection and have a track record of shipping value to customers
Should be passionate about working together with a team to solve customer problems

Good command of written and spoken English

Education and Experience :
BE with 4-6 years experience
