Responsibilities:

- Handle escalated calls and manage difficult situations with tact and professionalism
- Create and maintain customer records, ensuring all relevant information is accurately captured and updated promptly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 12 years of proven customer service experience
- Experience with CRM systems and ticketing platforms
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
- Proactive, energetic, and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Access to a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection.
