Responsibilities:


  • Utilize computer software to perform various tasks such as data entry and report generation
  • Maintain customer records, including updating customer profiles and inputting payment information
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including network connectivity and software performance
  • Perform quality checks on various products and services to ensure they meet company standards
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service to customers
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service is provided

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college coursework in computer science or a related field preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or technical support
  • Experience with computer software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm and collected in highpressure situations
  • Strong problemsolving skills, utilizing critical thinking to identify solutions
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
