Customer Success Executive - Mumbai, Maharashtra, India - Zell Education
Description
Training and on-boarding of students post sales- Delivering prompt, efficient and friendly responses to students across various channels
- Initiate regular calls with the students to track their progress
- Proactively manage the success of the assigned students and identify/develop upselling opportunities
- Build a solid and lasting relationship with the customers
- Perform any other tasks required to ensure customer satisfaction
- Act as customer's voice for Zell's internal teams and work with relevant teams to improve product and services basisfeedback received from the students
- Cross sell and upsell the courses offered
Salary:
₹300, ₹380,000.00 per year
