Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire, build and maintain strategic relationships with clients.
  • Prepare comparative statements alongwith detailed T&C, Coverage's, Exclusions, addons etc.
  • Identify the total potential of all clients and prepare complete MIS and its timely maintenance. Cross sales, up sells and ensure timely renewal of the client's insurance requirement.
  • Perform renewal activities for the engagement of client such as arranging camps, Audits, inspection etc.
  • Provide suggestions to clients to control their High claim ratio in conjunction with Underwriting team.
  • Perform customer negotiations and reach a fair conclusion from both business and client perspectives.
  • Arrange facetoface meetings, webmeetings, etc. with clients.
  • Develop product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
  • Work in collaboration with the team members, practice leads, and groups company employees to ensure a superlative client experience.
  • Generate new leads and develop new business.
  • Source, develop and analyze customer needs to establish a clientcentric business environment, proposes and implements solutions.
  • Handle all issues/matters and cases for big corporates/SME business and other individual policies.
  • Analyze client feedback and develop new techniques to ensure account retention. Explain customer about new products and benefits. Provide internal feedback on how to improve client retention.
  • Prepare Win/lost MIS monthly and fill lost case form.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customercentric approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must be willing to travel as required.

Maximum experience:

  • 2years

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
