Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, sides, and desserts, following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure ingredients are properly measured, mixed, and cooked to maintain consistency and quality.
- Wash, peel, cut, and seed fruits and vegetables to prepare them for consumption.
Kitchen Operations:
- Assist in the daily setup and breakdown of the kitchen, ensuring that all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, slicers, mixers, and blenders safely and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and food items, notifying the supervisor of shortages.
Quality Control:
- Monitor food quality throughout the preparation and cooking process to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of taste and presentation.
- Taste and adjust seasoning of dishes as needed.
Food Safety and Sanitation:
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling, storage, and labeling of ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all health and safety regulations.
- Dispose of waste according to health and safety regulations.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff, including chefs, kitchen assistants, and dishwashers, to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure timely delivery of meals.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Assist in accommodating special dietary requests and allergy concerns with care and attention to detail.
- Strive to provide an exceptional dining experience for customers by consistently delivering highquality dishes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in food preparation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to food safety and hygiene.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pay:
₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
