Job Role:
-
- Prepare and assists MIS preparation for IT department including Financial MIS, and Internal MIS
- Contribute towards decision, financial analysis and benchmarking exercises
- Process review and documentation of the same. Bring in agile processes and efficiency within team
- Ability to understand problems, identify opportunities of improvement and provide solutions and innovative cost cutting initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze data. Audit and control over teams work and early detection of errors
- Adherence to monthly internal and regulatory submission from time to time
- Coordinate with different business functions including IT department, Fincon, APPC team and to ensure corrective measures on financial MIS
- Good working knowledge in MS-Office (Power BI and Macros additional advantage)
- Building scenarios and testing the same in system
Job Requirements:
- Qualified CA/MBA (Finance) with 2 3 years' experience
- Strong data understanding and ability to work in large data.
- Ready to learn and technology savvy
- Analytical mind
- Ability to multi task and independently prepare MIS
- Team player, good communication and inter personal skills.
- Result oriented and selfstarter
- Good presentation skills
