Fluent Hindi skills
- Ability to Speak
-Knowledge of TAT, compliance, ticketing systems, CSAT.
-Working on short SLA and clearing backlogs.
-Should be familiar with Customer Empathy, customer service.
-Ensure no errors occurred while assisting customers
-Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy.
-Answer queries about products or the company.
-Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication
-Adheres to and supports company policies and practices
